1. Registration and payment

Your registration is complete once payment is received. You get a reference number and a ticket with a QR code.
Entry fees are not refunded. If you cannot take part, you may pass your place to someone else by telling us before 20 November 2026.
A ticket belongs to the named participant. Do not share your reference number publicly.

The kids run (1.5 km) is for children under 13. A parent or guardian must be present.
A participant under 18 needs the consent of a parent or guardian, who registers on their behalf.

By registering you confirm that you are fit enough for the distance you chose, and that you take part of your own free will.
Follow the instructions of the organisers and marshals at all times. The organisers may withdraw any participant for safety reasons.
First aid will be available on the day. JuaKali Events Company Limited is not liable for injury, loss or damage, except where the law provides otherwise.

This event will be photographed and filmed. By taking part, you allow JuaKali Events Company Limited and its partners to use pictures and video in which you appear for promotion — on social media, the website, in newspapers and other publications — without payment.
This permission has no time limit and covers this event and the promotion of future events.
If you do not want your picture used, tell us before the event at kamwene@juakalievents.co.tz, or write to us to have a particular picture removed. We will respect your request for future use.
Pictures of children: the parent or guardian who registers on a child's behalf gives this permission.

We collect your name, phone number, email (if you give one), town, the distance you chose and your T-shirt size.
We use them only for registration, payment, sending your ticket and event information. We do not sell them or pass them on for other people's marketing.
Payments are handled by Selcom, who receive your phone number and the amount in order to complete the transaction.
You may ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to have it deleted after the event. Contact us at kamwene@juakalievents.co.tz.

The organisers may change the programme, the route or the timing for reasons of safety, weather or instructions from the authorities.
If the event is postponed, your registration moves to the new date.

Show your ticket (the QR code or your reference number) together with an ID when you collect your kit.
T-shirts are given in the size you chose when registering, subject to availability.
